Short, and actually about this website. Last updated September 2026.
What this site collects
If you fill in the contact form, it stores what you type — your name, email address, business name, phone number and message — and emails it to me. That is the only form on this site, and nothing on it is required beyond what is marked.
The site also uses basic website analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at. That tells me roughly how many people visited and from where. It does not tell me who you are.
The site sets a small number of cookies needed to make pages load properly and to keep the contact form working. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
What I do with it
I read your message and reply to it. That is it. I do not sell your information, share it with anyone, add you to a mailing list, or run any automated follow-up sequence.
If we end up working together, I keep your contact details and the notes about your project for as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and record-keeping.
Who else can see it
The site is hosted on Hostinger, so their servers hold the data physically. Form submissions arrive in my email inbox. Analytics data sits with the analytics provider. Nobody else has access.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email larry@keckwebdesigns.com and I will do it — no form, no process, just ask.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes I will update the date at the top. If something changes materially about how I handle your information, I will tell clients directly rather than quietly editing this page.
Questions about any of this?
Ask me directly. larry@keckwebdesigns.com or (267) 406-9733.
