What this site does and does not promise. Last updated October 2026.
No guarantee of results
This is the one that matters most in my line of work, so it goes first. I do not guarantee search rankings, visitor numbers, enquiries, phone calls or sales. Anyone in web design who promises you a position on Google is either guessing or lying — Google does not sell placement in its organic results, and no agency has a back channel to it.
What I do commit to is the work itself: a site that is built properly, loads quickly, works on a phone, and is set up so search engines can read and index it. Those things make good results possible. They do not make them certain, because your market, your competitors and your own follow-up all matter at least as much.
Pricing on this site
The prices on the pricing page are real starting points, not bait. What a specific project costs depends on how many pages it needs and what has to be built. Your written quote is the figure that counts.
Examples of my work
The sites shown on the work page are real sites I built for real clients. Any comments from clients are their actual words, published with permission. I do not write testimonials on anyone’s behalf and I do not publish invented results — if a number appears on this site, it came from somewhere real. What worked for one business is not a forecast for yours.
General information only
Articles, guides and explanations on this site are general information about websites and small-business marketing. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice for your situation. If a decision carries real money or real risk, talk to someone qualified in that field.
Links to other sites
Where I link to another company — a registrar, a host, a tool I rate — that is my honest opinion at the time of writing. I do not control those sites, I am not responsible for their content, and their terms and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of everything that company ever does.
Accuracy and availability
I keep this site accurate and current, but I am one person and things change — prices, tools, what a platform charges. If you spot something out of date, tell me and I will fix it. The site may also be briefly unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside my control.
