Side by side
What actually changes between them.
Every package is built the same way and maintained the same way. What you are buying as you move up is more room, more of my time, and the features that turn a site from a listing into something that books work for you.

Which one
Not sure which package you are?
Pick Starter if…
People already know you exist and mostly need your hours, your address and your phone number in one reliable place. A salon, a small shop, a trade that runs on word of mouth.
Pick Growth if…
You want the site to actually generate something. You need people to find you on Google who have never heard of you, and you want them able to message you without picking up the phone.
Pick Pro if…
Scheduling or selling is a real part of your day. You are taking bookings, running lessons or classes, or selling something, and you want that handled on the site instead of over the phone.
If you are between two of them, say so on the call and I will tell you the cheaper one if that is the honest answer. Moving up a package later is normal and costs the difference, not a rebuild.
What is not included
The short list of things that cost extra.
So nothing surprises you on an invoice later.
- Your domain name — you buy it, in your own name
- About $11/year, paid direct to the registrar
- Business email at your own domain
- Quoted at cost
- Extra pages beyond your package
- Quoted before I start
- Adding booking or a store to Starter or Growth
- Quoted after we scope it
- Stock photography, if you need it
- At cost
- Logo and brand design
- I do not do this — I will recommend someone
Two things I want to be straight about
You own your site. And here is why it is monthly.
You own it. The domain is bought on your own registrar account, in your name, with your card — I will walk you through it, but it is never in my name and never on my card. That means I cannot hold it over you, and it cannot lapse because something expired on my end. If you ever leave, you get a full export of the site and I will help you move it. Holding a small business hostage over their own website is a real thing in this industry, and it is most of why people are nervous about hiring a web guy. I would rather lose a client cleanly than keep one that way.
Why monthly instead of one big number. A website nobody updates breaks, gets hacked, or goes out of date within about a year. The monthly fee is what stops that happening, and it is why you can call me in March when your prices change instead of paying someone $150 to edit one line.
