I am Larry Keck. It is just me.
I build and maintain websites for small businesses around Doylestown. When you call, it is me who picks up — there is nobody else here to pass you to.
Why I started doing this
I kept looking up local businesses I actually go to and finding either no website at all, or one from six years ago with the wrong hours on it. When I asked, the quotes they had been given were four thousand dollars and an annual contract, from an agency two towns over that would never set foot in the place.
There is a gap there, and that is where I work. A straightforward site, a fair price, and a person who picks up the phone.
My day job is software engineering, which is the part of my background that actually matters to you: I am not a designer who learned a website builder. Keck Web Designs is not a hobby I will get bored of either — my fiancée and I are building it into the thing we run together.

What being a one-person shop actually means
It means there is no sales team, no account manager and no ticket queue. It also means I can only take so many clients at once, and I would rather say that out loud than pretend otherwise and then go quiet on you in month three.
If you have been burned before by someone who built a site and then disappeared — that is the specific thing the monthly fee is designed to prevent. You are not buying a website. You are buying somebody who keeps it working.
